Morwenna Lewis Coaching
Parent Coach, Specialising in Screen Time Challenges
What can I help you with?
Parents come to me with all sorts of challenges...
You might fear that your child is addicted to screens.
You might be feeling guilty for shouting too much.
You might worry that the relationship with your children is deteriorating.
You might be finding it hard to have consistent boundaries around screen time.
You might want to break the parenting patterns handed to you from your parents.
Or something else...
In my hundreds of hours of coaching experience, the motivation to solve these challenges boils down to one deep desire...
To be the best parent you can be, so that you can raise happy, confident children who go on to want to have a friendship with you when they grow up.
How do I solve your parenting challenges?
It is my professional opinion that the defining factor in raising children to be happy and confident is the quality of the relationship they have with you.
My experience shows that excess screentime and addiction to screens is often a symptom of this relationship being under pressure and your children feeling alone and disconnected.
I therefore base my approach to reducing screen time on restoring the quality of the relationship first and bringing you all back into a positive and harmonious place. Once you are experiencing connection and cooperation again we then are easily able to tackle the screen-time with some strategic techniques.
How can you work with me?
This might sound a bit funny, but for us to have a successful coaching relationship we need to have a genuine connection.
I therefore ask all potential clients to watch my free 35 minute webinar,
which gives you a really good feel for my personality and approach.
If after watching this you like my style, you can book a free initial consultation with me.
During this consultation we will find out whether the full course, private coaching or a short course would be the best thing for you. We will also discuss pricing and finance if that would support your ability to work with me.

Who am I?
I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, with a deep interest in how raise our children in a balanced way in this digital age.
I blend three ingredients together in my work…
-
The action-focused, forward-looking energy of coaching
-
The reflective, healing depth of psychotherapy
-
My day to day experience of being a mum.
I live in West Wales, with my two boys, and love to run, sea swim, garden and my happiest times are when I am having camping and festival adventures with my kids.
Morwenna changed everything, her approach was so supporting and caring that it allowed me to let go of the self-criticism that was standing in the way of me changing my parenting approach. My kids and I are SO much closer now. I can never thank her enough.
Lucy, mother of 3
We were desperate, our daughter was losing interest in everything and seeming to just slip away from us. The atmosphere had become really toxic and we were so stuck. Working with Morwenna helped us find a way through, and now she’s enjoying real life again, and her mental health is so much better.
Neesha, mother of 1
I was having a really hard time keeping routines going, holding boundaries around screen time and my sons were just gaming more and more and I was getting more and more angry with them. Morwenna helped me step back, look at the bigger picture and recalibrate. We are now in a much better place, and I am free of guilt and feeling really proud of how I am parenting.
